Postage & Packaging - England & Wales

Stock permitting, orders received before midday Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) will usually be sent out the following working day and arrive within 1-3 days.

Courier & Postal Rates

1) Orders under £50 are £4.95

2) Orders over £50 are £6.95

3) Guaranteed Next Day £14 - Orders must be received before midday, and the service is only available from Monday to Thursday - excludes Bank Holidays.

GB VAT

We only charge and collect VAT for all Great Britain based purchases in accordance with our local tax regulations.

Postage & Packaging - International

For all International orders GB VAT will be removed from your order during the checkout stage, making the goods appear somewhat cheaper.

A nominal £15 delivery charge is applied during checkout, this WILL BE ADJUSTED UP OR DOWN depending on the volumetric weight and destination of the parcel and service chosen by you. We will always contact you to confirm your preferences.

We supply on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, your appropriate local taxes and import duties will then be re-applied and collected as the goods transit their way to you either via your local port/customs authorities or in some cases the courier companies themselves may collect. We do not have any control of those taxes and duties which will fall due as the goods arrive with your local port authority before they release the goods to you.

Unpaid Duties

If we have to collect the parcel from your port authorities because of your unpaid duties you will be liable for any charges incurred in full, this will be charged accordingly.

Expected Shipping Duration

Please allow 2 - 14 days for International Orders to arrive. We always confirm expected delivery dates during the ordering process and faster global shipments are available by special arrangement.

Liquids USA

Please note that owing to new legislation all liquid goods imported to the USA may need to be accompanied by the receivers Social Security Number, we will contact you if this is required. 

Returns and Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your full approval, please return them to us within 28 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging, and we will be happy to exchange or refund them as per your instructions.

We must be informed of any shortages or breakages within seven days in order to rectify this. Please note that unless the goods are faulty you will need to pay for return postage.

Please obtain a certificate/receipt of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Please take time to read the care instructions on your purchases as we are unable to accept items for refund that have been damaged in the wash.
