Postage and Packaging - UK
Stock permitting, orders received before midday Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) will usually be sent out the following day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. This UK Mainland Courier & Postal service costs £3.95 for orders under £50. UK Mainland Courier Tier 1 is £4.95 for orders between £50 - £250. Orders over £250 are couriered FREE to UK Mainland Addresses.
Should you require your goods urgently, we offer a next day delivery service (excluding weekends) at a cost of £12.00. Orders must be received before midday, and the service is only available from Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays).
VAT / Tax & Customs Duties
We only charge and collect VAT for all United Kingdom based purchases in accordance with our local tax regulations.
For European, International/Overseas orders UK tax will be removed from your order during checkout, making the goods appear somewhat cheaper at that stage. Your appropriate local taxes and duties will then be re-applied and collected as the goods transit their way to you either via your local port/customs authorities or in some cases the courier companies themselves. We do not have any control of those taxes and duties.
Postage and Packaging - Europe, International/Overseas
European shipments are usually delivered within 7-10 working days (this may be longer as there are currently customs delays the border) For International & European orders a quotation for the complete delivery will be made and transit times do vary but are normally around 14 days. We always confirm expected delivery dates during the process and faster global shipments are available by special arrangement. Please note that owing to new legislation all liquid goods imported to the USA may need to be accompanied by the receivers SSN number you will be contacted if this is required.
Returns and Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your full approval, please return them to us within 28 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging, and we will be happy to exchange or refund them as per your instructions. We must be informed of any shortages or breakages within seven days in order to rectify this. Please note that unless the goods are faulty you will need to pay for return postage.
Please obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please take time to read the care instructions on your purchases as we are unable to accept items for refund that have been damaged in the wash.
