Shipping & Returns Policy
Postage & Packaging - England, Wales, Northern Ireland & Scotland
Stock permitting, orders received before midday Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually despatched within 1–3 working days. Despatch may take a little longer during our sale periods. UK orders are sent with DPD (next day) or Royal Mail.
Courier & Postal Rates
1) Orders under £50 are £4.95
2) Orders between £50 - £250 are £6.95
3) Orders over £250 are delivered FREE
4) Guaranteed Next Day £14 - Orders must be received before midday, and the service is only available from Monday to Thursday - excludes Bank Holidays.
VAT
Prices include UK VAT for all UK deliveries.
USA Shipping
Localised tax and duties are detailed during checkout along with three convenient fully tracked shipping charges.
1) Orders under $50 - 5-8 business days, fully tracked - $15
2) Orders between $50-$275 - 3-5 business days, fully tracked - $50
3) Orders over $275 - 3-5 business days, fully tracked - $60
USA Liquids (please note)
Please note that owing to new legislation all liquid goods imported to the USA may need to be accompanied by the recipient's Social Security Number, we will contact you if this is required.
Postage & Packaging - International
For all International orders GB VAT will be removed from your order during the checkout stage, so prices are shown excluding VAT.
A nominal £15 delivery charge is applied during checkout, we will then confirm the final cost, which may be higher or lower depending on the volumetric weight and destination of the parcel and service chosen by you. We will always contact you to confirm your preferences.
We supply on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, your appropriate local taxes and import duties will then be re-applied and collected as the goods transit their way to you either via your local port/customs authorities or in some cases the courier companies themselves may collect. We do not have any control of those taxes and duties which will fall due as the goods arrive with your local port authority before they release the goods to you.

Unpaid Duties
If we have to collect the parcel from your port authorities because of your unpaid duties you will be liable for any charges incurred in full, this will be charged accordingly.
Expected Shipping Duration
International orders are sent with the best available carrier for the destination. Please allow 2–14 days for international orders to arrive. We always confirm expected delivery dates during the ordering process and faster global shipments are available by special arrangement.
Returns and Guarantee
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and return the goods within 14 days of cancelling. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back. For hygiene reasons, pillows and duvets cannot be returned once their hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, unless faulty. Unless goods are faulty, return postage is your responsibility.
