Returns and Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your full approval, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging, and we will be happy to exchange or refund them as per your instructions.

We must be informed of any shortages or breakages within seven days in order to rectify this. Please note that unless the goods are faulty you will need to pay for return postage.

Please obtain a certificate/receipt of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Please take time to read the care instructions on your purchases as we are unable to accept items for refund that have been damaged in the wash.
